Q: What is Everlove Academy?
A: Everlove Academy provides high-quality enrichment programs for K–9 students as part of after-school offerings at partner schools. We specialize in Public Speaking & Debate and Art, designed to build student confidence, creativity, and communication skills through engaging, hands-on instruction.
Q: What are the benefits of partnering with Everlove Academy?

Q: What is the class schedule and duration?
A: Classes are typically 1 to 1.5 hours, once per week, immediately following school dismissal. Most programs run for 8 to 18 weeks per quarter or semester, depending on your school’s schedule.
Q: What grade levels are served?
A: Programs are commonly offered for grades K–9, but we can adjust for 10–12 based on your school’s interest and enrollment.
Q: Who teaches the classes?
A: Our instructors are experienced professionals in education, public speaking, and the arts. All are background-checked, trained in classroom management, and follow a structured, age-appropriate curriculum. Many hold advanced degrees, including PhDs.
Q: What does the school need to provide?
A: Minimal support is required. We ask for:
• A classroom space
• Assistance in sharing program information (flyers, digital newsletters, etc.)
• Optional support for student dismissal, if needed per school policy
Q: Do students need to bring anything?
A: No. We provide all materials and supplies needed for Art and Debate classes. Students simply arrive after school, and everything is ready.
Q: How do families register and pay?
We’re flexible! If the school prefers to use its own registration system, we’re happy to provide program info and coordinate accordingly. If the school prefers, Everlove Academy can fully manage registration and payment through our secure online platform. In either case, we aim to minimize the administrative burden on school staff.
Q: Is there a performance or student showcase?
A: Yes! Public Speaking & Debate classes typically include a short end-of-session showcase where students present their speeches. Families may be invited to attend if space and school allows.
Q: Can we customize the program for our school?
A: Absolutely. We can tailor subjects, age groups, class size, and scheduling. We’re happy to align with your school’s needs and culture, including co-branded options if desired.

How long is each art lesson?Lesson durations vary, with options for 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute sessions for music lessons; We also offer various durations for art lessons, typically as one hour or longer.

What materials are required for the art lessons?Materials needed depend on the type of lesson. A list of required materials will be provided upon enrollment.

What happens if a student misses a lesson?We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll work on a solution. To ensure all students get the most out of their lessons, we have a policy of allowing one free lesson skip per quarter. This means that you can miss one lesson without any additional charges. If you need to miss more than one lesson, you will be charged the regular price for each additional missed lesson.

Can students reschedule lessons?Yes, students can request rescheduling with at least 48 hours advance notice. Please contact us to make arrangements. We offer free rescheduling once per quarter. A maximum of one lesson reschedule is permitted per quarter.

Can students choose their preferred instructor or change instructor?Yes, students can express their preferences, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How are instructors selected?Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced. We match students with instructors based on their needs and preferences.

What qualifications do the instructors have?Our instructors are highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in music and art education. They undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure they possess the expertise and passion to deliver exceptional instruction.

How is billing handled for each plan?Billing is processed at the beginning of each billing cycle according to the chosen time-period.

How do you handle Payment and Invoicing?Payments are processed securely through our online platform. To ensure a streamlined process, we currently accept online payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other popular online payment methods. An invoice will be generated and sent to you for your online payment.

What are the different membership plans available?We offer monthly and quarterly membership plans with varying benefits. We also offer x-class package for some classes.

Are there opportunities for students to showcase their artistic skills?Yes, we provide performance opportunities for students. Recitals and showcases are organized periodically, offering students a chance to showcase their artistic achievements. While participation is encouraged, it's not mandatory.

Are there specific supplies required for different types of lessons?Yes, each lesson may have specific requirements, and we provide a detailed list of recommended supplies, including books and tools. For piano lessons, we're pleased to mention that we provide the piano for our students' convenience. Additionally, for art lessons, we typically offer art supplies. However, if students have a special interest or preference, they are welcome to purchase these supplies from art stores.
